14-Day Return Window

 

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned in original or equivalent packaging.

 

Note: Because most items are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for sizing or preference reasons. Please check our size guides before ordering.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, or as the wrong item, please email support@krystalgarden.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

 

How to Request a Return

 

1. Email support@krystalgarden.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. 2. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
3. 3. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method.
4. 4. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

 

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, Final Sale items, items returned after 14 days, or items showing signs of wear.
