Are the products true to size?
Yes — our apparel runs true to size. Each product page includes a detailed size guide in inches.

What materials are used?

T-Shirts: 100% cotton, 180g/m² — soft, breathable, and durable.
Hoodies: 50% pre-shrunk cotton / 50% polyester, 271g/m² — warm and cozy.
Mugs: High-quality ceramic, dishwasher and microwave safe.

Will the print fade after washing?
Nope! We use high-quality print methods designed to last. Wash inside-out in cold water to keep the prints sharp.

How do I use the Buy 3 Get 1 Free offer?
Simply add any 4 items to your cart. The cheapest item will automatically be discounted to $0.00 at checkout.

Can I apply multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.

I placed the wrong order. Can I change it?
Please email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to catch it before production starts.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at support@krystalgarden.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
